Majithia countered Hayer’s defence by questioning why the hotel had been issued a notice of pollution control, which was under Hayer’s jurisdiction.

This has caused a decrease in international tourism and many countries have opted to repatriate their citizens, with some airlines suspending their flights to Tel Aviv. The Israeli government is devoting their energy towards offering financial support across the country.
